The new volume Field Research on Translation and Interpreting (edited by Regina Rogl, Daniela Schlager und Hanna Risku) has been published by John Benjamins and is available online (Open Access): benjamins.com/catalog/btl.165
The volume includes contributions from various areas of translation and interpreting and explores the experiences of translators in different areas of practice, including refugee centers, UN missions, and NGOs. A particular focus is also placed on the discussion of key methodological questions and challenges in field research within translation studies.
