The editors of the collected volume “Literary Translator Studies”, Klaus Kaindl, Waltraud Kolb and Daniela Schlager, were invited to talk about their book in an online event organized by the Trinity Centre for Literary and Cultural Translation (University of Dublin) on 25 March 2021.
The volume unites different approaches to study literary translators as human beings (as opposed to disembodied channels of communication). The contributions range from historical-biographical and bibliographical over social-scientific and process-oriented to textual and paratextual perspectives and methods.
The book is expected to be published by the end of April 2021.
