We study translation and translators in contemporary (work) contexts, such as organisations, networks, and digital platforms. Our research focuses specifically on the interactions between people, practices, and their social and technological environments and explores processes of collaboration and change. We adopt an interdisciplinary approach and use qualitative, particularly ethnographic, methods to examine how translation unfolds across diverse settings and evolving conditions.
